Elder Financial Protection Network works to prevent financial abuse of elders through innovative partnerships that build public awareness, drive community outreach and provide professional training.


All California financial institutions are now required by law to report suspected elder financial abuse.

Be Wise: Recognize and Report Elder Financial Abuse is the premier elder financial abuse prevention training program available for financial institution employees.

Call To Action 2008 was a resounding success. More than 300 representatives of California financial institutions, law enforcement, and social service agencies came together to acknowledge our collective determination to protect elders from financial abuse and exploitation.
